Using Small t Shampoo

Shampoo that doesn’t require conditioner.

I’d like to mention a few things before you use it:

  • For short hair the foaming pump is great! Just pump into your hand and apply.
  • For hair longer than a few inches or thicker than average, the regular pump or squirt cap is needed in order to get enough shampoo into the hair. I suggest pumping or squirting the shampoo directly onto the hair instead of into your hand. The consistency of our natural shampoo is thinner than commercial shampoo’s; without adding unnecessary chemicals, we cannot create a thicker shampoo at this time.

Also, this is NATURAL shampoo. Thus, if you are currently using store shampoo/conditioner/product you will notice a few things.

  1. Your hair will go through a “detoxing” time of about 2-3 weeks (depending on how much product you used before and if you don’t use some bentonite clay to help). Because store shampoo/conditioner coats the hair with silicone, I highly suggest you only use our shampoo, nothing else. The hair needs to shed that silicone coating and that takes time. If you need more moisture, especially for the ends of your hair, only use conditioner/oil on the ends. We are currently working on a natural conditioner. Hopefully we will have it ready soon!
  2. If your hair still feels dirty after washing it, my own experience (I have very long hair) is that I simply needed more shampoo. My husband can get away with using our foaming pump style, I cannot. I have to pump the shampoo directly into my hair.

Let us know if you have any problems! Hopefully I have a solution already!
